Return Policy

Your satisfaction is always our priority. When you received the package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress had been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without moving the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

We will accept returns if there are quality problems, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation. And we do not accept return for try-order. If you just need one dress, please DO NOT order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell it again even they are returned.

Please carefully follow our guide: 

1.Please make sure all items must be returned in their original condition(unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, no perfume).

2.For Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.

3.For standard size dress in picture color, since the return shipping would be too expensive, we highly suggest you choose size carefully. Please double check our size chart and order the correct size. We can help you to choose size if you contact us.

How To Return & Refund

1.Contact us within 7 days upon receiving your items. If your return is accepted, please send your item(s) using local post within 5 days of receiving the return confirmation from us. As for the return shipping cost (except Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item), you had to pay for it by yourself.

2.When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition.

3.Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).

Note: Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded. 

Note: Please Contact Us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

1. To exchange a standard-size item, contact us within 7 days after you receive the items.

2.We will send new dress once we received the item you returned. 

3.You need to pay the return shipping fee and the shipping fee of new dress.

Note: No exchange for custom dress

Cancellation Policy

1.Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

2.Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.(65% refund if order is free shipping)

3.Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.(35% refund if order is free shipping)

4.Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.(20% refund if order is free shipping)

5.Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

Our dress size is true to our size chart. So please double check our size chart and make sure the size fit. We also offer custom size, not extra cost.

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and made to order, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. We would check the size and measurements before we ship them. Therefore, the mistake on size and measurements are very rare.

Custom Clearance Taxes

We do not accept the refund requests on you refusing to sign for the parcel because of the taxes.

The buyer shall bear all the losses caused by the refusal to pay the duty. All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U"(Delivered Duties Unpaid), Jkprom.com can not be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties, or tariffs that may apply to international orders.
